🔹 SERVING – When you’ve made space for yourself, you can finally hold space for others. You serve from overflow, not obligation. Your presence becomes medicine. You shift families, communities, systems.
But order matters.
If you serve without healing, you risk wounding others from your unhealed pain.
If you create without grounding, your work may resonate—but not transform.
I’m not telling you to stop what you’re doing.
I’m saying: Own where you are. Go all in.
